| Apartments Marica, star rating three stars, are situated in the old part of the town of Vodice. Private parking surface 100m available for 4 cars.
Every apartment has: kitchen utensils and tableware according to the number of persons 2+1 or 3+1 ), gas hot-plate, refrigerator, bathroom with shower or bathtub & toilet, room, balcony or terrace with table and chairs, Air condition, TV, satellite TV, separate entrance, iron, fan, hair dryer, washing mashine and telephone (at a request), change of bedclothes is every 7 days and change of towels is every 3 days. Smoking allowed in apartments. Open - air barbecue.
Beaches are in a circle of 350m, sandy and gravel beach, also there is a nudist beach 1500m further. You can also use a swimming pool (outdoor pool and children's pool ), tennis courts, mini golf, water skiing, diving centre, organized fishing and boat excursions, bank, post office, restaurants, disco clubs, also rent a bike, scooter, car, boat, pedalo boat, etc… Vehicle access to the accommodation unit. Distance to the bus stop is 400m, to the train stop 10km, to the nearest airport 60km (Zadar or Split ), to a low traffic road is 500m. Very good traffic connection, convenient to public transportation. We ourselves produce our domestic wine, brandy and olive-oil. |
